All In The Family

Our daughter, Kiera, has been studying mass communications and journalism at the University of Kansas. Recently she showed us her portfolio of work, which she is readying for summer internship applications. As she is hoping to use her talents to serve the church, we suggested she add something related. Kiera promptly invited us to record a promotional video for our mission work in the studio at KU, as we were passing through doing our network building visits. As it turned out, the studio was booked on the day we were able to come. Thankfully, Pastor Sean Kilgo allowed us to use the lobby at Redeemer Lutheran Church in Lawrence, where Kiera attends, to film. We had a fun couple of hours together where we created a video you can watch under the “See The Mission” tab here on our website. If you have a sharp eye, you may notice that Kiera even loaned me her sweater so I could match Mike better! We are so proud of Kiera and we think the video turned out pretty great! Please continue to pray for our girls as they navigate their 20’s and prepare for our move to Tanzania. Blessings!
